MEMORANDUM: HELP ME WIN — LET’S HAVE SOME FUN, ONE SATURDAY AT A TIME

Re: Building a Grassroots Team for Niagara Falls and Surrounding Communities

Date: Presidents’ Day — February 16, 2026

Campaigns don’t run on slogans — they run on people. And right now, Western Niagara has big problems and not nearly enough organized people working together to fix them.

In parts of the county — especially around Lockport — there’s a long-established political system built on patronage, insider deals, negativity, and fear. Too often, that system treats Niagara Falls less like an opportunity and more like a problem to keep at arm’s length. Decisions get made without us. Resources flow elsewhere. And we’re told to be grateful for whatever trickles down — or get out of the way.

We don’t have to accept that. And honestly… we’re not going to.

We’re building our own team — one neighborhood, one block, one conversation at a time — across Youngstown, Niagara, LaSalle, Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda, Wheatfield, and beyond. A real grassroots crew. No gatekeepers. No secret handshake. Just people who care about this place and want to make it better.

And yes — we’re going to have some fun doing it.

Beginning soon, we’ll meet every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Niagara Falls (360 Rainbow Boulevard, Niagara Falls, NY).

😄 Good people guaranteed

🛠️ Real work — but a good time, too

This isn’t a boring lecture. It’s neighbors getting together to figure out how to actually win — sharing ideas, making plans, assigning roles, telling stories, laughing a little, and building real momentum week by week.

We’re looking for community captains — people willing to help organize their area, knock on doors, gather signatures, put up yard signs, talk to friends, and become the local spark plug for change.

Let’s be honest: we don’t have a giant political machine behind us. We’ve got something better — people who care about Niagara County and refuse to give up on it.

That means:

Every yard sign matters.

Every new volunteer matters.

Every conversation matters.

Every Saturday matters.

Niagara County faces a choice. We can drift along and hope things magically improve… or we can grab the oars and steer.

Think of it this way:

🌊 We can go with the flow…

💥 Or we can build our own boat.

If you believe Niagara Falls and our surrounding communities deserve better, come be part of the team that makes it happen.

Will you be a captain for change?

Will you knock doors, gather signatures, rally your neighbors, and jump into the real, nitty-gritty work that wins campaigns? It won’t always be glamorous — but it will be meaningful, energizing, and yes, even fun.

Show up. Bring a friend. Bring your ideas. Bring your sense of humor.

Help us win — one Saturday at a time.

Let’s do something big, together.

👉 To sign up, please send a message through the contact form at VoteNateMcMurray.com and let us know you want to be part of the team. We’ll follow up with details on the first meeting.
